    Hi, happy new year! Just wanted to ask you about my troubles with eating more vegan based meals! I’m getting so bloated and windy and I think it’s to do with the large increase in fibre? Can you have too much fibre in your diet? Hope your well xxx

    It’s so good to hear you’ve gone vegan! I’m vegetarian looking to transition into being fully plant based and it seems so impossible right now but when I see other people making the leap it motivates me a bit more

    Off topic request: could you do a partner workout (challenge)?
    In this challenge, you lift your friend instead of weights. Moves:
    -fireman carry squats 3×10 reps
    -"human barbell" deadlifts 3×10 reps
    -"human barbell" bicep curls 2×4 reps
    -walking/running with friend over your right shoulder for 30-60 secs and then the same for the left shoulder. If this seems too simple, you can do lounges instead of walking or your friend can put up a fight to test your balance and core.
    The only rests you should have is when the other person is doing the move
