  10. Guys, build muscle doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

  15. I made this and it was easy to prep and easy to cook. The cost where I am is a bit more expensive than cooking rice, a few chicken breasts, salmon, and eggs for the day.

  17. Unsubscribed. This is not quick. It’s far higher in carbs then it is in protein. You guys are misleading and clueless. Much better channels out there with far better content. This stuff is goofy at best.

    Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on different videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

    We need meat protein as well, off course with moderation, coz it offers different type of iron and protein.

    Cook healthy and diverse, eat well, work out, keep the moderation, and embrace life 🙂
