    i think the basis are vegetables, 1 kg/day at least. Only real foods from peasants in the market and only what is in the season so is more cheap. Nothing on that "paleo" stuff that is on shops. Just meat, fat, egs, fruits and vegetables. I eat a lot of baked pumpkin in this season and root vegetables. Some extra fat because is winter.

    :)) i eat paleo. I start my day with pig fat and raw onion or garlic. On the rest of the day i eat lots of fruits and vegetables soup with animal fat ( smol amount of water and many vegetables and mushroom). Right now i boil some sheep meat. Just in case i will have high colesterol, i eath douring the day honey with Hippophae rhamnoides. When i see this video i said it lokes nothing likey my paleo meals :)).

  7. Hey Tessa!! How much time should I spend at the gym if I want to say thin but get toned and lean? Right now I stay there for almost 2 hours but am doing really low weights (around 30 pounds) Love you!!!!

  8. I hurt my knee a few weeks ago running. It finally healed and I got back into my sport and today i tore my calf. Possibly ruptured it. I'm so down about it, arg. I know that stress plays a huge part in how my body copes. Its time to make some changes Mentally and physically.

    Hi i want to start a healthy lifestyle but i dont now what to do. I workout Nd Drink water but it does not work

  11. It’s good for a few days, but I would not recommend you go strict on that diet, (or any diet) in the long run your body will miss some essential elements. Just take away the junk food with added sugars, processed oils and stuff.

  13. I totally agree that we should also be prioritising mental health. When you're not feeling like yourself, you feel it in the rest of your body and how it functions & I find that it's worse when I eat crap food🙈 . Thank you for another insightful vid💕 I'll definitely be trying that coffee recipe!! X
