  1. Nice video. For healing your gut; legumes, nuts and seeds won't help you I'm afraid. Google anti-nutrients and their gut damaging effects. Furthermore Legumes are not part of Paleo, I am a certified Prima Health Coach and Orthomoleculair epigenetic consultant. In case you do have a healthy gut there is no harm in adding some nuts, seeds and pseudo-grains IF you prepare them well. Read: Soaking, Sprouting, Fermenting, Cooking, Roasting. Hope you'll benefit from this info. Keep up the good work.

  3. This looks delicious and healthy. This is technically not paleo because you can’t eat beans on paleo. Not that it matters; beans are great to eat and I think that’s a stupid rule. I just wanted to point that out.
