Furthermore Legumes are not part of Paleo, I am a certified Prima Health Coach and Orthomoleculair epigenetic consultant. In case you do have a healthy gut there is no harm in adding some nuts, seeds and pseudo-grains IF you prepare them well. Read: Soaking, Sprouting, Fermenting, Cooking, Roasting. This looks delicious and healthy. This is technically not paleo because you can’t eat beans on paleo. Not that it matters; beans are great to eat and I think that’s a stupid rule. I just wanted to point that out.
Most of these recipes would be absolutely obliterating ur tummy it makes me so sad . nuts, raw veg and fruit omg. So glad u are now working on your gut health!
