  1. You can have dairy. There is no clear timeline of what is considered paleo people. Plus there is no evidence that cavemen didnt drink a mammoths milk after killing it. Ive slaughtred a cow that was nursing and the udder was removed and the milk was in tack inside the removed udder. You could actually pull on the teat of the removed undder and milk would still come out. I punctured it and I saw milk collected inside.

    So i put myself in a cavemans shoes (i know they had no shoes) when i slaughtered that cow I would have used every bit of it and I would have drunk the milk of this animal i just killed.

    Excellent video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you researched – Sayerdsan Delicious Paleo Secret (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting said ta ta to the embarrassing belly fat that looked like a muffin top with the straight forward Paleo recipes it provides.
