    I’m afraid the last one with coconut milk may be bad for the heart and might clog arteries since coconut milk is FULL of saturated fat… Almond milk might be better!

  2. I´m sorry if I´m repeating, I just dont want to read through 720 comments to check. So, just in case nobody has mentioned it yet: if half a cup is the equivalent to 45 gramms, then a quarter cup cannot be 70 gramms. So I´d go with aproxx. 100 gramms for half a cup. btw, love the recipes

  3. use water and stevia or splenda for low-cal version. Also, flax seed is a good sub for chia and even higher fiber. I also add tiny drops of almond or vanilla extract for flavor (eye dropper comes in handy)
