Hubby and I have been trying to eat a bit healthier it seems a bit difficult when we are traveling because the kiddos want french fries and its hard to resist the smell LOL! I have been feeling more tired and arthritic lately and I bet the paleo diet would be so much better for me, though I don't know if I could completely give up sugar.   5. I eat low carb high fat which is very similar to paleo only no sugar (no bananas or syrups but bacon if I want) and plus dairy (yay!). I've been eating like this for over a year and I feel fantastic! I'm sure paleo will have the same results as all the processed junk is cut out. Good luck to you!!! Ps…that salad looked like heaven!
