  3. Love to see a plate of nothing but healthy goodness. I love it! Yum! I don't eat meat unless it's fish so 90 percent of the time, my plate looks like this, and people make fun of me all the time. But I try to tell them. I love what I'm eating. I truly do love it. You have to fell as you like what you eat or you won't eat it for long. So glad I subbed. I'm sure I'm going to love your vids. 🙂

    I started including more fish into my diet (as I am staying more and more away from meat)… I put flaxeed seeds into almost anything and LOVE IT!! Question. is there anything bad as too much Omega 3 with the Flaxeed??

    and I cook a lot with Olive oil because I didn`t know there was other type of oil, is flaxeed oil able to cook in high temperature like the grapeseed oil (just found out about that oil as well)?

  5. That looks delicious and very healthy. I am going to start using different cooking oils as you have…I have only used olive oil (which I found out is not healthy 🙁 )
