  10. I cook my beans in a homemade veggie stock of onion, carrots, potatoes, tomato, celery, bay leaves, and garlic. Adds a whole definition of flavor. Do not peel the vegetables. Crush the garlic (add to taste). Just make layers of each vegetable in a large pot. Add water to just cover the vegetables. simmer for 3-4 hours. Do not boil. Strain vegetables, allow stock to cool, and put vegetable stock in mason jars or freeze for later use. If you add in onion skin it makes the stock yellow. More carrots and it is orange. This stock can be used to make quinoa, rice, beans, etc. Delicious!

    Hi there, have you considered Fenoboci Diet Plan yet? Just do a google search engine search. On there you'll discover a great guidelines about how you can lost crazy amounts of weight. Why don't you give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.
