  5. So, I tried this and it's basically starvation. On Day One, I was snacking on Slim Jim's from my unit's snack fund. On Day Two, I have two cups of ice cream. By lunch on Day Three, I abandoned the diet. I felt very tired and had a huge headache. I think this was due to malnutrition.

    I think I am going to try the TNT diet again. It's basically meat and vegetables with a lot of weight lifting. I think that would be better for me.

  8. Your a moron, there is no significant protein source for the said "military" personnel. who would be training very hard. You want to lose 10 lbs in 3 days cut carbs completely and eat meat a veg.

    Secondly, a hotdog is the worst alternative to a meat and fat source you could possibly have used.

    Guys, this "diet" won't help you. You may lose 10 pounds but you'll instantly gain it back if you're not consistently making smarter choices foodwise. One temporary diet isn't going to help you make a long term lifestyle change.
