  1. Being i am a professional weightlifter,benching 1200lbs ,squatting 2000 lbs. My kingdom uses no starch,no breads,no pasta. I use Cabbage as bread for sandwiches.

  6. Guys, burn fat doesn't need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  7. I eat a sandwich that is similar two or three times a week, but I will be adding some of her nice touches like the jelly or jam. I have been using the soft wedge cheese on one side of the bread and almond or cashew butter on the other. My wife says this is too much protein. She likes veganaise on one side. I may change to the sliced.Provolone. I do use Ezekiel Bread, somtimes plain, sometimes the Cinamon /Raisin.. Instead of Ham or Turkey, I use two Chicken/Apple sausages split down the middle laid in a row.on one side. I haven't been trying to lose weight, but just don't like plain eggs for breakfast.I do make French Toast and put Maple Syrup on it with the Ezekiel Bread once in a while and add the Chicken Sausage in litle pieces amid the sliced up bread and syrup.

I can see why Marlena is frustrated with comments on videos…this is how she lost weight, she is not a nutritionist, but this is what worked for her…if you do not agree she is not forcing you to eat this way. She is a grown woman, if she wants to eat such and such, she and her doctor will discuss it. She's lost a lot of weight, so obviously these meals are helping. People want videos like this, but then they want to nitpick every single thing. If I were Marlena, I would be frustrated.
