  1. Per 3 meals how many onions/pumpkin/grams of frozen vegetables do you use? Also how many calories is in the chicken you used? I'm vegan so I'll need to use the calorie equivalent amount of tofu/tempeh instead.
    Also what is the calorie amount for 1 meal you made?

  2. I am trying to eat healthier for myself and my family. Your video has given me great ideas. I would up the portions of veggies and maybe add some fruits because I know my husband and I would still be hungry and end up buying something from the vending machine at work lol. Do you eat nuts?

  3. I'm going to start today… Prepping my meals one day before lol. I can't do the whole 5 because I don't have containers and I'm broke. =( … =)

  4. I like the meal prep and I like how you incorporate everything in the video. What sort of herb jars are those in the back? I think that is a great idea also save on sodium
