New to your channel! Love your videos. Do you have any ideas for healthy snacks that you both like on the go? And also desserts or date nights without killing the diet? Thanks!

I love this video! This channel is going to help me reach my goals I set for myself this year. Thanks

  4. I keep trying to look into glass storage containers for meal prep and are always alarmed with how small they are, but watching your videos has helped me realize that they would help more with serving size and not over eating. Though, I don't use a scale to specifically measure out my meals.

  5. You should grill the shrimp from raw so that once you cook them and subsequently reheat them they will not be as rubbery/tough.

might just be me but maybe look into a wireless grill brush. its rare but occassionally those wires can end up in your food or lodge into your throat. Ive just read stories so maybe its malarky, but the wireless works fine for me and my grill 🙂

  7. Learned how to cook from your videos so in theory you going to a cooking class will also help me improve?

Good job Chef Jeff! You gotta try making a grilled pizza on your grill, not low carb but soooo good! Nice to see you!

  9. Thx bro!!! You’re girlfriend is a lucky gal!!! There is nothing sexier than a man who cooks. At first I thought this was a video about the second amendment, I mean look at those guns! Lol. Thx again. You’re awesome!!

  10. Thank you for such a good video!
I was looking for the grill link could not find it. Would you mind sharing that link ? Thanks in advance!

  11. Enjoy your videos, short, to the point, and informative. Your TIP re under cooking the steak is a good one.

  12. Jefe!!!! Long time, no comment! I have the same grill, prefer charcoal for the taste… but the little electric grill gets the job done. Weird as it sounds, burnt residue from previous foods seems to flavor the next food (no Im not gross, I clean it, but it tastes good…same concept as cast iron skillets etc).

Looking good broseph! Hope life is treating you well man.

The only thing I would have done different is coat the grill with olive oil…pass a cloth soaked with olive oil over the grill or spray Pam Olive Oil over the grill, that will help with the "sticking" of the food. Perhaps mix extra virgin olive oil with the butter and garlic, cut back on the butter and fill with EVOO. Just a suggestion.
