I was told that you need a dash of black pepper to activate the turmeric. Have you research this.
Been my first full week on keto and lost 6 pound , always starts fast and slows down I find. Always comes off my muffin tops or love handles as ppl call them first.I hardboil my eggs in the steamer, I find 16/17 mins is perfect , the yolk has just hardened and still orange and fluffy. I once saw on tv that if the outside of yolk has started to colour greenish then been done too long.funny how little things stick in your head make you change a bit. Love your helpful vids , keep posting.
