    I just love your meal Preps and watching your videos. Could you please tell me how many pounds of a turkey and how many pounds of the red meat you purchased. I have to double these so I kind of need the right amount of meat before I purchase.

I wanted to ask you though; there's two lunches and one of them has about 17 g of protein while the other has like 40 ish.     I had stated this on one of your other meal prep videos…I think…but I like to rinse any "open to the public" items, ie. potatoes, bell peppers, etc., in vinegar and water…a few tblsp's per gallon of water, that's all you need. It kills all the germs left behind by all those people that "handled" those things. Just a thought. Other than that….absolutely love your meal prep videos. Why spend money on those "meal prep" companies to ship you prepared meals when you can do it yourself for a lot less.

    Can someone answer a simple question.
    when you put them in the fridge is it safe to eat things like chicken 3 or 4 days after you cook it?
    Its not normally something i would consider due to concerns about bacteria and general food safety.

  10. Oh wait, these are meal preps…I was lost on the fact a guy was cooking anything! Looks yummy! Avocado is so over used here in Texas I am not a big fan of those or tomatoes. Maybe I can sub something else in there. I love lime and lemon juices, which you are going to need on avocado to keep it in the fridge.

  11. Does the salad not get ruined and mushy from the dressing though ? Considering a meal of those can stay for a few days in the fridge.
