OMG! I've been following you for years… but it's so awesome to see an old video and just see how much you've grown! You should be so proud!!!!

  2. I wish I had run into the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) years ago. I shed 12 pounds in 3 weeks so far. There is still need of workouts even just a few times weekly and also the foodstuff to consume must be right. The result presented to me is incredible. I absolutely advise the product, wish it works as excellent for you as it really does for me. .

  3. It would have been much better if I found this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. I lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks so far. However I exercise a few times weekly, and also eat healthy. It showed impressive results for me. Without a doubt, this is recommended and I do hope this would work to you too as it did to me. .

The apple cider vinegar is known to reduce cravings. Just try to drink the water with acv half an hour before breakfast then half an hour before dinner.

  5. Your looking fit and beautiful already but can imagine what your goal is , I must get back down to 220-245 for weight lifting/strength goals because I weigh 320 / 6 feet tall but don’t look like a mountain lol wish me luck 🤙🏼

  6. I became so fired up to test the dietary regimen “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it). My very own eating habits as well as my consistency of few workout routines wasn`t altered and change. In merely a short time of 30 days, I currently shed 6 lbs. Making use of this method, I did observe that I ate less and also filled up quicker. .

  7. People make weight control far too complicated. Here's how I lost 84 lbs. and have maintained the loss for 10 years after being diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol levels – all resolved, BTW) First thing to know, is that if you have heart burn, you need antacid. If you have gas and bloating, you need to ADD acid (the easiest way is to take cider vinegar).. A lot of people who think they can't eat wheat actually just have digestive systems that are too alkaline. Secondly, people far overestimate their requirement for protein. To give you an idea, one can of tuna or 2 eggs fulfill that requirement for the day. Third, Stick to a primarily plant based diet. Stick to organic products. Lots of foods lend themselves very well to vegan versions. Mexican, Italian, Chinese, to name 3. These foods are just fine without animal products. Fourth, eliminate processed sugars from your diet. Cakes, pies, candy, and soda are now reserved for parties only. You alone in front of the TV is NOT a party. Fifth, exercise. DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY. Walk, bike, swim, resistance training, yoga classes, zumba, …..surely you can find a couple of things you actually LIKE. It's a lifestyle change that's required. Not another diet.

Nice job. Weight loss is tough. There is so much trial and error involved. I got pretty lean on keto and it kept my cravings at bay, because of the higher fat percentage. Now that I got to a stall, I think to overcome that is to balance my diet. I switched back to integrating carbs again while hitting the weights hard and doing decent cardio. Now that I opened the flood gate to carbs again, I just have to keep tracking and being careful not to overdo the calories. Hopefully I wish to compete someday in physique. Thanks again for the info and good luck on your shredding journey as well!!
