Don't forget to download the PDF and join our new private Facebook community (linked in the description). What's your favorite flavor on the chia pudding? xo – Lisa

  2. What an awesome idea! Thank you. My kiddos love chia seed pudding. This will definitely make my life easier 😍

  3. We love chia seed pudding. Our favorite in the family is chocolate chia seed pudding topped with sliced banana and shredded coconut + a few nuts on top. Yum! I will try your versions, they look delicious.

I absolutely love this video! Your pb &j chia pudding is my favorite & now that I know I can make it in advance, my mornings just got made! Thank-you so much for all you do.

  6. Love this recipe. I do a layered one with the pudding, a tablespoon or two of gluten free muesli then the fruit and repeat in a tall glass. Not freezable but lasts 5 days in the fridge. Looks great and is yummy. Just don't tell them how healthy it is!

  7. I love your video’s so, so much. This one was really inspiring once again💕 I am going to try making this today!

We can’t have yogurt, but this looks like it could be a good replacement (we’re allergic to almonds too so it’s rare for us to find a coconut milk yogurt).

Would love if you found a way to make easy coconut milk yogurt.

  11. Amazing. I will soon order more weck jars. I just ordered the one without the screw on lid to put my tahini and nut butter 🤗🤗🤗

  12. The first time I brought chia seeds they were nasty and couldn't thicken at all. Since that I never tried any chia recipes again, that broke my heart lol.
Btw I never see you using straw? I've been wanting to buy metal straw, but still worry if that would be ok to use with acidic beverage like acv or lemon water? I also worry about keeping the inside clean. Do you have any idea/experience about this Lisa?

  13. Would this stay good if I froze it and put it in my lunch box for school for around 5-6 hours? I want to take this to school, but some other ‘meal prep’ recipes go bad after being in a lunch box for that long

  14. I just bought a huge bag of chia seeds after hearing the benefits. You are a life saver Thankyou so much for the ideas! 🥰✨

  15. Wow yummy and so healthy. I will try this recipe and I would love to see you do a meal prep video for college kids.👍👍👍👍👍 Thank you Lisa.

  16. Wow! Thank you for sharing this.👌your videos are very clear straight to the point and easy to understand congratulations

  17. I can't use cashew or almond milk due to allergies. Can I use canned coconut milk instead and will it freeze well? Thanks!
