  3. We love chia seed pudding. Our favorite in the family is chocolate chia seed pudding topped with sliced banana and shredded coconut + a few nuts on top. Yum! I will try your versions, they look delicious.

  6. Love this recipe. I do a layered one with the pudding, a tablespoon or two of gluten free muesli then the fruit and repeat in a tall glass. Not freezable but lasts 5 days in the fridge. Looks great and is yummy. Just don't tell them how healthy it is!

    We can’t have yogurt, but this looks like it could be a good replacement (we’re allergic to almonds too so it’s rare for us to find a coconut milk yogurt).

    Would love if you found a way to make easy coconut milk yogurt.

  12. The first time I brought chia seeds they were nasty and couldn't thicken at all. Since that I never tried any chia recipes again, that broke my heart lol.
    Btw I never see you using straw? I've been wanting to buy metal straw, but still worry if that would be ok to use with acidic beverage like acv or lemon water? I also worry about keeping the inside clean. Do you have any idea/experience about this Lisa?

  13. Would this stay good if I froze it and put it in my lunch box for school for around 5-6 hours? I want to take this to school, but some other ‘meal prep’ recipes go bad after being in a lunch box for that long
