    Please create a video on how to increase waist size, due to exercise, i feel it is decreasing, I am skinny and its size is 25 inch. Can you tell me, which exercise should I drop, and which I should do, to increase waist size. my chest and shoulder are not much but okay, but waist is too thin

  12. bro im fat and i sweat very less as compared to normal people … does it means that I'm burning less claories if i sweat less ??? … I'm confused as some people sweat more and some sweat less….
    so can u clarify wether sweating less or more relates to burning of calorie less or more calorie ….
