    What is option for Oregano and herbs, can we use little Indian spices instead of that, if we don't hv oregano's available at home.

    I can lose 3kg a day eating sausages, just by taking a big dump. ๐Ÿ˜› srsly eat like a normal person, learn to cook, eat soups and exercise… and control your stress, if you dont exercise yet, dont be afraid to eat a little more but exercise.

  7. I m making this soup without oil and lots of veggies. And its working. I m doing intermittent fasting. And i am losing 300 to 500 gms everyday. And i have this soup for lunch. And breakfast 3 boiled eggs and evening snacks fruits. And half an hour walking. Pls try it. It really works..

  8. Somehow consume oatmeal make me breakouts, idk why. So frustrating. In ny daily basis just eat protein for diet like chicken breast and some vegetables but wnt to try oatmeal as well. But….. ive tried long time ago with oatmeal, i barely forgot that it made me breakout long time ago. I tried it today, n got pimples at noon. It means like directly affect on my face. I barely nvr had any breakout on my daily basis hehe. This is so weird. Been tried oat mask as well, wasnt really well though. Sigh….

  9. Thanks, Vicky! Oat Soup Recipe: 1 tablespoonful olive oil in a HOT pot, 1 tbsp mince garlic, 1 tbsp mince ginger. Saute til brown. (I didn't cook until completely brown)
    – Add 1/2 cup oatmeal for 1-2 minutes. 2:25 Thyroid may use gluten free oats & avoid beans & use peppers instead.
    – Add 1 & 1/2 cup cut mixed veggies (I used the frozen kind for convenience)
    – Add 3 cups water. Add more if needed.
    – Season with 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, himalayan salt per taste , 1/2 tsp pepper.
    – Add chopped coriander/cilantro leaves (as much as you like). (I added spinach bc that's what I had).
    – Add some fresh lemon juice & chili flakes

    I didn't use the fast cooking oats but the one that had to be cooked. Hope this helps everybody who's trying to eat healthy to lose weight. Double or triple this batch if you want leftovers for lunch. Cuts on the time cooking & prepping.

  11. If you add a cup of chopped cabbage to this recipe you will see the magic and with this soup avoid all seeds and sugary things also avoid rice and oily food. Eat this soup, fruits and good home cooked food also drink lots of water at least 2 letters a day. Then come and thank me ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    Can we make it for two days together and keep it in fridge for next day ? and make it warm before taking on next day…. is that ok ?
