I’ve been watching you for years, but after my son was born started following a more low carb keto-ish lifestyle (averaging around 15-40 net carbs since I’m in maintenance and not really wanting to lose weight). I’ve adapted some of your recipes to suit but just had to say thank you so, so much! 🥰
Please do recipes for healthy meals to put on weight?? Like ways to incorporate healthy fats and high calorie ingredients. Desperately trying to get to a higher weight but don’t want to eat fast food and crisps to do it!
