  1. I make a cream cheese spread and lay out slices of turkey and strips of bacon then roll it up. When the cream cheese cools, it all stays in roll shape!

    I highly suggest ordering pots/pans from QVC's line called Cooks Essential (I like the Hard Anodized ones). The warranty is great on them, after 6 years they started looking rough. QVC replaced the whole set for free, all I paid was shipping. Their warranty on those are great!

    I've been looking for low carb since I've been diagnosed with diabetes among other health issues. I am currently trying to stay positive and looking for new low carbs meals and fast too! I have a family and going to school full time so a major change in what I eat with benefit my family as well. thanks for the burrito idea!

    I think my eating plan is mostly lean protein low carb veggies some healthy fats one carb a day couple fruits and healthy nuts to go with it. So far by reducing my calories and a of phsycisal activity at work in 2 and a half months I'm down 22.6 pounds

  9. What are you using as milk substitute there?.. I'd think almond or soy milk ect.. but not sure what that clear yellow liquid is?

  10. This is PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for a better recipe at this time! My girlfriend and I are doing the ketogenic diet together, primarily for experimentation, but after 2 weeks in, I can see how it may get boring. I would love more "keto-friendly" or low-carb recipes like this! Thanks!

  12. I try to keep my carbs to 100g a day. So not strictly low carb. I am going to give this recipe a try. My concern is how tough is the egg wrap? Is it going to fall apart after a few bites if I eat it handheld?

  13. I'm carb cycling right now. 5 days/week with nothing but veggies and 2 refeed days. I'm prepping for a beach vacation next month, and it can't get here soon enough. You grow a real appreciation for carbs when you are at the end of a refeed day and realize it'll be 3 more days before you can eat one again.
