  1. I’ve always enjoyed watching Tasty video. Watching All the cheese and filling bursting out is definitely Yasss moments for me. But right now I’m really into health and diet, just like many others out there. Plz make more easy and healthy videos just like this one. With love ❤️

  2. Calories are not bad, calories are energy, FOOD IS FUEL. you need to get calories from a healthy food like veggies, lean meat, nuts, fruits. Dont count calories

My mom makes this fried broccoli that's delicious!! 😩 I don't know the actual recipe, I'll ask, but I know it has a lot of garlic for that yummy taste and some kind of oil. It's so good!

  4. You can have these “meals” but trust me you’re going to feel weak as fuck, especially if you work out. It’s dangerous to have such a small amount of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are supposed to be the highest consumed macronutrient and they supply energy to your body. So healthy carbohydrates like multigrain bread and basmati/brown rice SHOULD be consumed. In fact it even helps weight loss because healthy carbohydrates are very filling. Too many vegetables don’t make you full. Vitamins are a micronutrient, you only need them in small amounts. Having every meal as a salad is foolishness.

Please don’t trust Tasty when it comes to being healthy. Take a look at other channels. This channel is full of disgusting food that is no good to your body, even if they look good due to the extreme contrast.

  5. Unless your diet (and I mean diet specified by a doctor) calls for you to cut calories out of your diets please don't. Calories are what your body needs to run on daily. On average women need 1,600 to 2,000 calories per day and men need about 2,200. It depends on age, lifestyle and so on. So research is key. Low-cal can end up hurting you more than helping you!

  6. Honestly, I don't always love Tasty because they occasionally do dumb shit like the Tasting Our Roots scene where we literally just watch a lesbian try IDEK what culture's food, instead of a different person each episode exploring their own culture. Or that one video about "what happens to your body once you go vegan" but I think that despite all of that, I have never seen a Tasty video with bad music. I don't know how they do it, but they manage to have terrific music in each video that perfectly matches the tone of the recipe. Kudos to you, Tasty editors.
