  1. Hi. On day two the military diet website says to have 1/2 cup of carrots and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. Not a full cup of each like you mentioned in this video. I'm pointing that out BC I don't want people to get the diet mixed up.

    I did the military diet once and lost a total of 6 .lbs then 4 days of 1300-1500 calories and of course some wine. Cocoa di Vine Chocolate & Wine and wine Bartenura Moscato. I drink about 10 cups of water a day.

    I am on my second run of the military diet. My goal is 140 I am currently 234. I started this diet at 247 .lbs.

    I did other diets and home delivery diets which cost $350-$400 a month. So before trying the cheaper 10 day diet and lose 22 .lbs in 10 days. And this military diet to lose up to 10 .lbs in three days, I lost weight before but it was too expensive.

    So from originally 279.lbs I am currently 234.lbs at 5'5" tall.

    I don't substitute any of the food choices BC I like and eat all food items on this plan.

    I will continue until I reach 140.lbs.

  2. Omg, I absolutely love this diet. I have had great success with it. I just recently ran across body beats infomercial and with watching ur channel, am definitely going to try it. I too love a challange!

  3. Good for you! Yesterday I ran/walked on the treadmill and for food I had eggs and bacon for breakfast/grilled chicken breast with salad for lunch/shake for dinner. 😀

  5. Low carb fish,salad,half small sweet potato exercise spinning class 90 mts and lower body strength training. THAT'S ALL FOLKS!! 🙂
