  1. The thing you did wrong is right after finishing the military diet you are whatever you wanted you have to go into eating what you want slowly because you can have things like insulin spikes and gain calories very easily

  8. all I want to do is loose 15 pounds, I need to be 48kg in 2 weeks. Will it be possible? Please reply… If I manage to loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and start eating healthier with a restriction of 1200-1400 cal per day (healthy food like veggies and fruit with green tea at least 2 times a day) while exercising for an half an hour each day, will I manage to not regain the weight I have lost?

I'm doing ketogenic diet since August I was weighing 153 pounds I lost 11 pounds ,even though I cheated a little bit lol plus I went on vacations and it's a sin if you do diet if you are in it !, so I gave a chance to this diet 3 days ago, 2 pounds off today , woohoo at least something , working out low impact , taking ACV every morning with stevia, avoiding sugars always, and I wasn't hungry at all

  11. I did this so many times in March – June and I lost about 14kg which is amazing and it’s worth it to me. I had a break over the summer and gained some weight back but I’m ready to start again next week

  12. I did the military diet for a month 3 days on 4 days off every week, I lost 20 pounds. 3 months later and I lost 12 more I love this diet because it tests my discipline, I’m just eating cleaner now (home cooked no fast food)

  13. Just wanted to let aspiring vegans know that the Chobani and the Quorn chicken nuggets are not vegan, but they are vegetarian. BUT Quorn does have a vegan line now and there are tons of vegan yogurt options out there as well, so just switch those products out and you will be good. Just wanted to let some people know! 🙂
