With this diet I was able to lose 1.4 kg I did only 2 days workout and I cheated on day 3 meal.I am 175cm . Not really the result I was expecting but am happy with it. Thank you VV. Going to start the 900 calories from today
day one completed cheated on caffeine part. took 2 cup of normal milk sugar ginger tea. instead of 2 veggies n 2 fruits from 6 to 8 I eat 15 spicy panipuri still lost half kg. will uptade tomorrow. thanks Vicky for such a effective diet plan

Breakfast- 1 Banana+1 Apple+ Green tea 1 cup+, Lunch- 1 banana+1 apple+Green tea 1 cup+ Dinner-Mixed salad-Cucumber+Carrot+Tomato+Green tea 1 cup.
Now i will continue… more 5 days to lose 4 kg at least more.
