  1. With this diet I was able to lose 1.4 kg I did only 2 days workout and I cheated on day 3 meal.I am 175cm . Not really the result I was expecting but am happy with it. Thank you VV. Going to start the 900 calories from today

    day one completed cheated on caffeine part. took 2 cup of normal milk sugar ginger tea. instead of 2 veggies n 2 fruits from 6 to 8 I eat 15 spicy panipuri still lost half kg. will uptade tomorrow. thanks Vicky for such a effective diet plan

  8. Hi Vicky, It's awesome i lose 5 kg of 5 day…..i was 79 kg & now 74 kg..with Banana/Apple.
    Breakfast- 1 Banana+1 Apple+ Green tea 1 cup+, Lunch- 1 banana+1 apple+Green tea 1 cup+ Dinner-Mixed salad-Cucumber+Carrot+Tomato+Green tea 1 cup.
    Now i will continue… more 5 days to lose 4 kg at least more.

  13. BREAKFAST 7AM – 10AM
    2 Banana + 1 Apple + 1 Glass of lemon water
    2 Cucumber + 1 Carrot
    LUNCH 12PM – 2PM
    2 Apple + 1 Banana + 1 Glass of lemon water
    2 Orange + 2 Carrot (eat raw/juice)
    Oats buttermilk
    Any 2 fruits(except Orange,Apple,Banana) + 2 Vegetable(except Carrot,Cucumber)
    Choices of fruit :
    Berries,Kiwi,Watermelon,Grapes,Pineapple,Papaya,Plum,Dragon fruit
    Choices of vegetables :
    Beetroot,Radish,Tomato,Onion,Cabbage,Bell pepper,Spring onion
    DINNER 8PM – 10PM
    Fig walnut smoothie

  16. i have followed ur this die plan and is realy effective and lose upto 3 kg but after three days when i eat half roti and tea i gain 1kg agian 🙁

    I have a concern regarding the diet plan.can you suggest me some alternative vegetable other than carrot which can be included in the meal plan.also can I have the fruits directly which you have mentioned for the dinner plan other than making a smoothie. Please suggest.
