  5. I like the idea and I like eggs but can't do much off the other stuff. No green tea, no broccoli or anything with vitamin K in it. I'm taking warfarin and vit K will destroy its usefulness. I have another plan which my (overweight) daughter told me about run on your treadmill 20 minutes a day @ 2.5 mph and drink 64 oz of water a day and lose 10% of your body weight in 3 months.
