  3. I'm so glad the Military Diet worked for you! I actually lost 7 pounds when I tried it. I did a little bit of exercise too. I've started the diet again today to lose more weight

    Well I'm going to try this diet and work out.. I want to get back to 140 before my birthday.. so I got three months to lose 40 pounds… But thanks for the information

    I have one more day,thank god lol,I had to do substitution on grapefruit, banana, cottage cheese but day 2 was rough because I got hungry after breakfast. I am happy to hear your weight loss & I'm hoping to lose that much at least.Have you done the diet again?
