  3. 2000-3000 calories a day recommended? i think not. My recommended calorie intake is 1300 and literally don't know anyone with 2000-3000 calories daily recommended…

  4. If you cut out the ice cream and replace it with sugar/fat free home made lemon-aid, you’d loose double the pounds in a less amount of time.
