    i hate cottage cheese so i looked up the equivalence for one cup of cottage cheese and i can eat three eggs instead is that fine to do? same with the saltine crackers and cheese i was just going to replace that with one piece of wheat bread. 🙂 and also, did you lose stomach fat? i'm trying to tone up my stomach and i feel like this would help!

    OK, so, I tried this miltary diet out and in three days, I lost seven lbs. all I did was not snack on anything at all, drink five+ bottles of water a day and do 30 minutes of intense workouts. I made sure I didn't eat anything six hours before I went to bed. I know there are alot of consequences on this diet but I did it anyway. I didn't feel tired or hungry, in fact, I felt great. that was just the first time I did it, I have now completed it eight times and lost over 55lbs. I went from weighing over 200lbs to now weighing 143lbs. I'm thinking of stopping this diet now but I'm going to keep up the good habits such as drinking alooolt of water, no snacking, small meals, intense exercise and no eating before bed.
    I'm not really sure of the age requirements for this diet but I'm 15 and did it anyway and I'm super happy with the results😂😂💃💃💃💃

  7. I'm on day 5. But after the 3 day diet, l lost 6lbs. loved the food. felt good. feeling even better as l go along. Now following the 4 day off plan. Great food. super healthy. And lots more than one is allowed on the 3 day part of this diet.
    my friend is on week 4 of this plan. And has lost more than 20lbs. Definitely worth doing.

  8. I have done it three times, lost about 5 pounds twice, then about 3 1/2 the third time. I feel very tired and grumpy on this diet, but love the fact I loss so much in three days.

    What is the dangers of this diet? I just finished this diet today and I didn't have any problems. I wasn't tired, worked out all three days, and I wasn't hungry. If your determined then you won't be hungry.

    Why do people do this diet?! You're hungry and tired and for what? A few pounds?! I eat all plant based foods, I weighed myself the night before and the next morning I lost 2 lbs, went to the bathroom and lost 1 lb. and guess what, I'm not hungry or tired!
