    But- don't recommend eating 2 eggs just because you incorporate exercise! Stick to the proper amount of food – stick to the diet! You did really good, this is my go to spring diet, always loosing only 3lbs. Day 1, 1 hour walk this may help me to loose more -exercise,,, ugh!

  3. I don't understand why people still fall into these traps of pseuedo-science and fad diets. :/ This is not healthy, and not worth it. There are way healthier ways to lose weight and keep it off.

  4. i hate cottage cheese so i looked up the equivalence for one cup of cottage cheese and i can eat three eggs instead is that fine to do? and also, did you lose stomach fat? i'm trying to tone up my stomach and i feel like this would help!

  5. The reason you didn't lose the ten pounds is because this is a food combining diet. It works best if you follow it EXACTLY. THere are substitutions that can be made, you should have looked for those because they have the right chemical reaction with the other foods in each meal. If you watch these videos and the results you would have recognized that. Also, the teas you were to drink were supposed to have caffeine, you used a cinnamon tea one day and I pretty much stopped paying attention after the chemical mix up with the mustard and Mrs. Dash and your admittance to having greek yogurt instead of the recommended cottage cheese. Remember this is about chemical food combining, not about the same amount of calories.

  6. The Military Diet does not say you will lost 10 pounds in 3 days. It say you will lose 10 pounds in 1 week! You have to follow the diet plan the next 4 days and keep your calories under 1500 each day!

    I listened to a number of friends talking about the diet –  “loli special plan” and decided to Google it for myself. It has completely improved my life for the far better. I lost 13 pounds.

  8. you think fried is bad but there is a difference between fried and deep fried. deep fried is bad and fatty but fried CAN refer to just putting it in a pan with a little oil OR OIL SUBSITUTE.
