  2. i see many misquoting the 10 lbs in 3 day diet. the diet is supposed to be with working out. you can still lose a couple pounds or so with just the diet.

  3. My mate we’re talking among each other about their diet plan and how much weight they had lost. Initially I of course wanted to try this and I have lost a grand complete of 13pounds from the “sowo amazing plan” (Google it). Personally i think much better after trying this particular life-altering diet.

    When it comes to diet don't listen to this. Instead look up Dr. John McDougall here on yt or visit his website at drmcdougall.com . Wanna get fit and healthy? Wanna lose weight that stays off? Then he's the guy!

  5. So I did this diet for 3 days and it went good. I lost bodyfat ( I think) because I look more thinner now in the mirror. I was hungry af day 2 but I did it and it was really good. I'm feeling morr healthy and happy. I don't know if it will work for you but it worked for me and I'm going to repeat the diet some day.

  6. I actually tried this diet about 7 years ago. It wasn't called the Military Diet then though, I heard about it from someone who needed to lose some weight quickly before a surgical procedure. I don't think it was intended as a long term diet, but I managed to follow it 5 days per week (mon-fri) and then on Saturday and Sunday I would eat normal meals and normal sized portions of healthy foods and have one of my meals on either Saturday or Sunday that was a sort of "cheat meal" like a burger or some pizza, then back to it again on Monday. I did that religiously for 8 months and lost over 70lbs. The first couple weeks sucked but after that it was like my body adapted to it and it was fine. I even found that after a while I felt like crap after I had a "cheat meal" of burger and fries or a big burrito when a few months earlier I was eating that sort of food for most meals. It works, but it can be hard to stick to all the time unless you can work a couple day of eating larger portions in there somewhere.

  7. If you're already small, your body requires less calories to survive off of, so you won't drop as much weight as quickly as a larger person would.

  8. Rubbish does not work. I tried this and followed it strictly and lost not a pound,,,maybe a few grams but cant see that on scale…stick to exercise you can see the loss on the scale even after a run you can see at least 500grams lost.   don't waste your time.

  9. I also did that military diet for 1 week without doing any exercise just to proved if it is effective..and yeah, it is very effective..I lose 10 pounds for 7 days.

  10. I'd loose 20 lbs in 5 days if I ate this amount of food…but I do workout so that's probably the type of diet that's not for very active people.. you'd faint

  11. sorry but I couldn't live on eating 1 toast with green tea in the morning…not to mention the lack of food for the remainder of the day..it's border line starving.. also due to such restriction in veggies and "free calorie " type foods it's not a "diet" you can stay on for extended amount of time…

  12. Having a job helps your diet because it helps you manages time. If you are sitting at home doing nothing, you may eat more because time isn't moving!
