  1. Hey Tamika, it's awesome to hear your thoughts about this diet! I'm on Day 5, or, 1500 Calorie Day 2. Day 3 was challenging for me because I never felt full, and I even got dizzy and "hangry" a couple of times. When you said it seems like the amount of food was less and less over those first three days, I was like, "Phew, I was dizzy, but at least I wasn't imagining things." 🙂 I'm doing the Military Diet to train myself to like healthier foods and to choose smaller portion sizes … But once this week is over, maybe not quite this small. haha

  2. I think I will give this a try next week I'm already on a diet so this will help I probably do it every 2 months depending on how the first time go and if I like it .

  3. I'm trying this tomorrow. but yes this is gunna be very interesting cause I am a person who eats thru out the day and night. so I will let you know how it works! 🤔
