  1. Any. diet will work as long as you use more Calories than you eat? The thing that helped me lose over 100 Lbs was to start a Food Diary. I bought an A5 one page per day Diary, An A5 lined book and an electronic pair of kitchen scales, Each day I started at the top of the page and listed each item I had for Breakfast, How much and how many Cals. Then a Total of Cals for the meal. I repeated that for Lunch and Dinner. I also started having supper. I set myself a 1,300 Cals a day limit and supper was what ever I had left of my daily limit. (Most often a slice of toast). But was because I did not like to go to bed without eating any thing. The A5 ruled book as I used some thing for the first time I had to find out the Cals so when I did I wrote down (in sections by food types) the Food and Cals per 100 Gms
    After a while I had worked out 3 different cereals with Semi Skimmed milk to make 240 Cals, 2 rotations gave me Mon to Sat and on Sun I could have one Large thick slice of toast or two smaller diet type with two poached eggs. The thing to remember is that flavour can be the key. I do not even eat a poached egg without a very little salt and some pepper.
    I had no problem with drinks as I drank my coffee black no sugar any way, Fizzy drinks you need to either cut out at 11 Tea Spoons of sugar per can or switch to a Diet one or Zero Sugar. I mostly use No Added sugar squashes with water but also add it to the Lemonade to change the flavour.
    YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING AS LONG AS YOU WORK OUT THE CALORIES AND KEEP TO THE DAILY LIMIT. You may need to reduce your daily total until you start to lose weight. (Or do more exercise like dancing)?

I Loved it- actually I'm still doing it– 3 days on – 4 days off but I was on the elliptical every day of my plan for 45min to an hour- I was burning an approximate 800 calories on the elliptical. I guest because I was so stoked about it the 1st time I did it when I lost 7 pounds. I like that its only 3 days. I've actually begun to make it a regiment mon, tues, and wed. and then tend to treat myself on a Friday. Your daughter is adorable

  3. Great video….but having the right amount of ice cream I think was key to your hunger pains……you need the equivelent of 5 of the small ice cream units to equal 1 cup…. each of those units is only 1 oz of ice cream…

  4. If you only weigh 174, then losing 4 isn't bad. Don't expect to lose 50 pounds of fat in 3 days. It's not possible.

  6. I tried it. It's works!! I've lost 11 lbs. the first 3 days !!! You don't have to exercise to lose, at least, half of this weight!! I might do this weekly!!

  7. Military DIET? LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO> I spent 20 years in the army. There is no such thing as a fucking military diet. Lmaoooooooooo. If we ever tried to eat like this we would get sick and pass out. if anything we eat as much as we can . We burn so many calories its not even funny. On average 3000-4000 a day especially if we are in the field. OMG where the fuck do you people come up with this bullshit crap

  8. No, you don't start going into "starvation mode" until after 72 hours with absolutely no food! When your stomach is growling, that's good! It means your losing! 😄

  9. I'm on the first day of this, besides a tiny bit of lightheadedness when I get up too fast I actually feel really good 😊 much better than usual

  11. I tried this military diet and failed on day 1. I ate the breakfast. But as soon as my lunch break at work came. I left and went straight to Chick-fil-A 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😅 I felt so ashamed 😔, but it was so good!! I'm going to try again during the weekend tho (When I'm off work!) I feel like I'll have more will power to do it. 🤞🏼🙏🏽💪🏽

    I tried this and Day 1 lunch time I was struggling. Head start hurting. Ugh 😑 I've tried this several times. Hats off for getting through those 3 days. 🎉

  14. you still did good the smaller you are the longer it takes for your body to lose weight. so for your size 4 pound is good especially for 3 days : )
