I just started Paleo today. I meal prepped my lunches, dinners and snacks for the rest of the week that is Paleo friendly and it was super easy! I actually feel super alert today. The hardest thing for me will most likely be grains because I love making pasta at home but I'm sure it'll get easier as it goes along. Thanks for these videos!

Appreciate Video! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about – Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

  5. I got interested since my good friend had lost weight and I planned to find out how. I asked and was given the answer “loso shocking plan” paleo program, which I right away looked up in Google. After knowing about it, I lost twelve pounds after the following days.

I don't understand why people seem to find it hard Really . I've been on  a lot of different diets < where you have to count everything. It's crazy and you just get sooo frustrated !! I'm Paleo  w/ Primal twist.  Eat whole ( Natural ) foods . If man processed it leave it alone. Low carb veg. Not a lot of protein/ good fats . Simple !! Not for everyone but what is ?

  7. Sorry Brah but boiled white rice is just to good with my steamed veges and chicken and such. I'm keeping the rice.

  8. okay no seed oil but what about grape seed oil I have heard so may good things about it, is it an exception to the oil list?

  9. great, simple steps to know what to do/what not to do to follow the Paleo plan!  Thanks for the video!  🙂

I see everywhere.. grass fed ground beefs and meats! Does it HAVE TO BE GRASS FED? Can I just use the 97% lean ground beef? It doesnt say grass fed… non of my meats that I buy say grass fed? If i have to buy grass fed meats, where could I go to buy that?  thanks in advance!! 🙂

If you want to burn off fat quickly, you should look up on google "Atomic Fat Loss". They will help you get the body you deserve.

  12. Hey YouTubers, have you experienced Lean Body Maximizer? (Go Google it) You will find out about the crimes we commit against ourselves. With "Lean Body Maximizer", you will discover how to burn up fat quickly.

  13. Excellent questions!

Raw, grass-fed, pastured dairy is great, including butter, but most people need to cut it out for a while (30-60 days), then reintroduce and see how they feel. Never pasteurized dairy.

Animal meat shouldn't be lean, since the fat is where most of the micronutrients are stored.

I can't give specific advice re your medical condition, but in general, it can help diabetics to remove/limit fruits and tubers until they regain insulin sensitivity.

  14. Hi Jeremy; When you mentioned no dairy, does this include raw grass fed pastured milk products, no butter? What about animal fat, should animal protein be lean? I'm a diabetic and worry about eating too many carbs found in fruits and vegetables especially most tubers. Should I be concerned?
