  1. If you use the sugar free spaghetti sauce it's about 18g carbs 4 g fiber a cup. For this recipe you should only put a couple tablespoons over your serving. Est less than 1/4 cup or about 4 net carbs per serving. I use the Prego Sugar free but only about twice a month.

  4. These recipes are too tedious have too many ingredients many of which are hard to find. this is fine for a stay-at-home mom but for an average person I don't see how this fits into a regular lifestyle making different meals like this. Maybe for a weekend meal plan.

  7. I was unable to make the coating. What kind of pork rinds did you used? Was it precooked/cooked? Because mine was raw uncooked and it made a big paste from the coating, doing nothing like that. Thank you
