  1. Welp.. I was thinking I was doing "my thang" it looks great. Damn near perfect flavor but my onions are a little slimy… I didnt have a pressure cooker and I also added red bell peppers. Is that where I went wrong?

  2. OMG, this was absolutely amazing. It turned out perfect! Thank you for this wonderful instant pot recipe🤗

MAKE THIS RECIPE!! This was incredibly easy and an excellent meal. I used bone-in center cut pork chops and 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch as the thickener because I didn't have Xanthan Gum. Thank you for answering the prior question about no liquid being added, as I was very concerned about that as well. I did have to add an additional 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil and sautee the onions and mushrooms for a couple of minutes because without doing so, the BURN warning came on my Instant Pot. After doing so, it worked just fine; however, I kept an eye on my Instant Pot (R) to see if it would re-occur, but it never did! It was absolutely FINE! Added note: I'm a pressure cooker user for at least 30 years, and once I got my Instant Pot (R), I never went back! This appliance takes all of the guess work out, and Keto/Paleo recipes are being published using the Instant Pot (R). Thank you so much for this fabulous recipe! Keep them coming!! (Made this again last night!)

  4. Doesn't it need more liquid than this? It looks as if it turned out fine, but everything I read tells me I need more liquid to keep it from scorching. Otherwise, looks fantastic!!

  5. So stoked you’re creating recipes for the Instant Pot! I had already been adapting some of your earlier creations for it. You’re always my go-to when I’m looking for new keto recipes. Thanks so much for investing into our community!

  6. Thank You. That looks delicious. I’m wondering if I could cook this a different way, maybe slow cooker? I don’t have a pressure cooker. Also, that xan gum stuff (sorry, can’t remember how you spell it) what is it and where did you purchase yours? Thank You.xx

  7. Oh man pressure cookers are the way to go! I like how you got that initial sear before cooking it through
