I bought the already crushed pork rinds, would it still be a cup? Or was it a cup of whole pieces? (only using for 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’œ

  2. If you are looking for a flavorful chicken recipe you have got to try this. It's delicious, moist and not greasy at all. I wish all recipies were as delicious and easy to make!

  3. Love real food. Just FYI to anyone reading this. Use egg white only to get a more crispy coating. I don't bother but if, for example, you are making a custard or mayo, this is what you can use the leftover egg whites for, or at least add them to a whole egg for enough to coat the chicken.

  4. I do 16/8 IF with keto during my eating hours I eat 100gms of boiled chicken….2 times so thatโ€™s 200-250gms of chicken will I be in ketosis? If not what am I doing wrong? Please help me

  5. I'm going to start this diet and this recipe looks really good. But I wondering how many ounces of meat/chicken/fish I have to eat in every meal. Can someone help me here?

  6. I'm new to this but doesn't using boneless skinless chicken breast instead of dark meat give to much protein and not enough fat?

  7. I hope you donโ€™t but your thumbnail was in my YouTube video. Itโ€™s about weight loss โ€œ Fat Mind Setโ€ & I got a bit of your thumbnail in my video-

  8. Question. Can I use almond flour and turn this into your typical 3 step breading process? Coat with almond flour, dip in egg then coat with crushed pork rinds?
I just feel like the pork rinds would stick better. But I don't know how that would alter the macros.

  9. I have a couple questions, and a lot of family members are lactose intolerant. And I was wondering if lactose free milk and cheese could work in the keto diet? And my best friend has allergic to coconuts, so which supplements would work and a lot of recipes that call for it? Thank you for any help!

Oh one last thing, which recipe videos have actual audio? I am blind so pardon any strange writing mistakes. Iโ€™d love to sort through recipes on my own without having to have someone else watch them and explain them to me. ๐Ÿ˜Š
