  1. i eat 2-3 eggs every morning, usually poached or boiled, and idon't put butter on them, just a small bit of salt and pepper… sometimes neither. I also eat 7-grain cereal or oatmeal with it, 1/3 cup 7 or 1/2 oat uncooked, and two pieces of fruit and a coffee w/ milk or tea black.

    I love eggs although I had a bad experience with a boiled egg once. After I cooked it, i opened it up and it was black inside and smelt atrocious! Boiled, scrambled, poached or made into an omelette they are quick to cook and good for you in so many ways.

  3. Just eat a table spoon coconut oil and organic grits wayy better choice. Follow that with some fresh almond milk Or a clove, cinamon and orange or lime peel along with some pure dark chocolate tea to wake up and feel great.
