  1. Hey everyone, I just want to clear things up that I did not know this was a pro-ana diet, as many of the people recommending this had gone through it to fit in a dress in a few days or look good for a vacation. I should have researched a little more. This was not meant to trigger anyone!

  2. What proportion of the US eats like this because they don't have a choice? I'll wager there are many people who would watch this and call her lucky. Best piece of advice for people caught up in the destructive cycle of trying to achieve the contemporary "beauty" standard, eat as if you were poor.

  3. Okay, so I keep seeing comments of people saying that she is in fact a baby. But she isn't. For certain people (who are used to eating a lot more, like she said, 1800 calories as your total) it's difficult. But then there's people who only eat 1500 calories for whatever reason they have and so this seems like a breeze. Everyone is different

    Basically if you are doing the military diet you are doing what mainly all Chinese, Japanese, or korean. What are they doing you might ask well they eat in small portions of foods on their plates.

    All we eat in the army is carbs and sodium. I've gained weight since being in. So sad. A lot of people fast until 1:00 then eat what ever they want. As a diet here. But fuck that shit. That's some real willpower to stick to this shit.

    Gurl…I live on ice cream…it works!!!! you have to work out to burn weight an you can eat all u like😜

  7. I tried this, it was super easy, and I lost 8 pounds! You just need to have something exciting to do, like go to the park, the beach or whatever makes you happy. There are a lot more fun things than eating.

    this diet sounds stupid, sorry.. 🙂 lunch should be more rich and more calories involved. It has a point though, morning should include more carbs for energy, and diner should be protein foods + raw salads, ideally. But your headaches must be from the lack of sugar, cause in US you guys have added sugar everywhere, in bread, in meat and so on. So of course you will feel like you did.

  10. I hated the military diet, I felt as though there was not enough food and I was starving. Personally my nutritionist wasn't the biggest fan of this.
