Nice video sis! I have tried it before too, i lost few lbs. When i do it again maybe i can make a video too! I love dinner as u get vanilla ice cream or yogurt (i did check for some variations as i substitute cottage cheese to other cheese, tuna to chicken and other thats on the menu to something else, u can find variations of it too. In between you can drink water when u feel the hunger up until its the next meal thats why u either take black coffee or tea during the meal. I have tried this i guess 3times. Good job sis for sticking to it and finishing the diet as it gets better the second day and third. But lately no diet, kinain ako ng sistema ng “more eating diet” hahaahahah 😉❣️😋👍🏻
