Silk almond milk is the worst
Drinking this everyday for the past 6 weeks and now my stomach severely hurts after almost every meal I consume. Likely due to the acidity of the smoothie. Definitely not drinking this as frequently ever again.

I put ground flaxseed,Chia seed, whey vanilla protein powder, blueberries, strawberries,raw organic honey, avocado.
If you don't ground the flaxseed it'll pass right through your system without absorbing the nutrients.
Does the Nutribullet break down the flax and chia seeds or do you need to grind them beforehand?
The process takes alot of time.. especial cleaning up

How'd you make the spinach and kale mix ? I hate having a full bag of kale and full bag of spinach in my fridge. I would love to try compacting it into one like you did. If I blend them together wouldn't it make a liquid though?

Hey guys, do you have any ideas in what kind of container I could carry a smoothie?
Literally the best (VEGAN) smoothie ever:
2 frozen bananas
1 serving of ANY vegan protein powder (I use sun warrior <3)
3 tbsp raw almond butter OR peanut butter
16oz water
blend on high for about a minute; tastes like a vanilla milkshake. It is important particularly for vegan smoothies to include adequate fat, which the nut butter provides.

I've been making this: 1 cup un-sweetened almond milk or water, 1 whole Apple, 1 whole orange, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen spinach, kale and chard, 1/4 cup frozen lettuce, 5-6 fresh carrots, 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts, 2 tbsp. Natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp. Peanut powder, 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 2 tbsp. Tofu.
I totally didnt fill my nutribullet with milk and oreos and spray the whole kitchen lol
