  1. I just wanted to say that this diet is a really unhealthy way of loosing weight. It is a starvation mode diet and you loose a lot of weight, but you will most likely gain it back if you go back to eating normally. I, myself, will never ever do this diet again because it was not worth it. Now it’s up to you what you want to put your body through. Thankyou!

  3. Im gonna do this for a week and see if it works, and if it works i will keep it as a strict diet until school starts.

    I will be starting tomorrow. ( today: 24th july) and tomorrow (25th july)

  5. Whyyyy :c doctor says I'm 1,58 but I saw my high and I'm 1,62 and I weight 62 😭😭😭 I'm super fat I need to weight like 57 or 56 I wanna lose 4 or 5 pounds :ccccccc I wanna be skinnyyyyy but I don't have green tea and my grandma will kill me if I eat all the eggs 🙄

    And she don't let me drink grean tea she say you are to young SRSLY I'm 13 3 months and I'm be 14 years old

    Um it was my first day today and I ate eggs for lunch and then threw up and was sick the rest of the day so☹️

    Im in the situation as her and I am going to start tomorrow! Hopefully I can make it to 7 days, and get the results I wanted. My goal is 110 lbs, but I know I won't be able to reach that in a week. Also Im cutting down to 2 eggs because 3 is too much for me!
