I'm a young mom of 2 kids i always think to give healthy foods to my family, ur uploads are very helpfull to archive my thoughts . Also ur thyroid friendly recipes are more useful to me.     1. Is Refrigerator is safe? bcz siddha dr said dont use. Always use fresh
    2. Chopped and stored veggies may lost their nutrients so not advisable to store. Is this correct ?
