The ONLY reason why I refused to do keto is because I can't eat fruit unless I can fit fruit in there somewhere even if once in a while I'll do it. Fruit has a lot of beneficial nutrients and breakdown naturally.
So…I just have to eat vegetables and fruits for a week? I'm gonna try keto diet for a year and I'll see my results in the end. Also does this require exercise????
Okay, but when and how can we can get back to normal healthy diet? We cannot just stay in keto diets all our life.. besides, high fat and high protein in various common medical conditions (of course I understand that those people should not be in this diet, but we cannot say that we won't acquire those during this diet for a long time) .Can you please have your say on this?
Can you work out on keto? Running is my go to work out but I rely on carbs for that energy. Maybe I will do a 60% keto diet and eat carbs the days I run

I'm fairly sure that studies have found that you can have a fairly high protein diet in keto and still be quite successful
