T H A N K G O D, i finally get to see someone marinated the chicken, i have watched the meals preparation videos for the a week times and everyone has been laying their chicken, beef, pork, vegetables and whatever they've go on the tray and started seasoning them on the tray tossed them and spilled them on the bench, picked them up and added them back to the tray LOL. Dont know why they dont, at least put them in a bowl, season them and make sure they have have evenly seasoned. Thanks again and i loved your video.

  2. Ok splendid but I need the amounts for the ingredients and cannot find them. I am doing fasting for spiritual reasons and need healthy meals prepped so stay on healthy diet because am a diabetic but do not want to do keto because that is what threw me into diabetes.

    I've watched so many of your food prep videos and love them all!!
    My question is how can I package individual servings using storage bags or mason jars? I am on a fixed income and really can't afford investing in the containers you use right now.
    I have every size mason jar available and use the large ones mostly for layering salad fixings. But I'm curious how I would layer a chicken meal such as this one to avoid mushing veggies and losing moisture in the chicken?

  5. Nice video.. however whsn We put our meal in the fridge.. do we need to re heat the next day when we wanna eat it? Or just take out from the fridge until its room temp before eating?

    This is so stupid! Who tf eats the same thing every day?! And the vegetables get soggy 😂🤮 omg just don’t be lazy and cook stuff everyday!

  7. You made this look so simple! You also have an amazing YouTube presence. Quick question, if someone weighed their food, can you just weigh all of that food out the way it is cooked? Like cook the chicken, and then portion it out? I know there is always the precooked vs cooked debate. Thanks!
