  2. when u said..upma is ready……I am darn sure…it was not cooked. u shud add more water and cover the upma till they become swollen and fluffy. If you see white upma granules, it surely means they are not cooked.

  3. healthier than regular upma . since semolina doesn't have much nutrients in it ,its better to make upma with lots of vegetables . thanks
