Why so much chilli powder? upma should be light food.
when u said..upma is ready……I am darn sure…it was not cooked. u shud add more water and cover the upma till they become swollen and fluffy. If you see white upma granules, it surely means they are not cooked.
u added salt but very less.only to cook onion vegetables
u forgot put salt
