  5. Thank you for sharing so many useful and practical tips, Liezl! I often find myself bingeing on healthy whole plant-based foods (such as fruits and nuts). While removing these items from my apartment altogether makes sense, I am striving to have a better relationship with them instead, that is to be able to keep them within reach and enjoy consuming them in moderation. Do you have specific tips to achieve this balance without eliminating them completely? Love to hear your thoughts on this because this ongoing cycle is quite frustrating. Thanks so much!
