  1. Hi Vicky ,Awaiting your video on a diet for nursing moms to loose weight . I know it's not recommended . My baby is now 9 months old and apart from breastfeeding I feed her other healthy stuff too . I've lost my pregnancy weight but now want to loose the other fat and weight fast . Could u pls help out with a diet that is nutritious and helps loose weight fast which is safe for even nursing moms ? Pls post one soon . I've been regularly checking ur page for the same .   3. Hi Vicky i tried this plan for 10 days and lost 6 kg but i did it without the yogurt as i am lactose intolerant , i will start for the 2nd time in a couple of days , is there any substitute you can suggest that i can use instead of yogurt and get the same value as it?

    Hi Vicky…is there a different plan for someone working in night shifts? i sleep during day and feel hungry during night at work, sometimes difficult to follow strict diet.any suggestions?

  7. Really effective. first of all I didn't believe it could happen, but it works marvellously well. I started 3 weeks back with 80kg and now I weigh 74. Weekends I visit my friends so it's kind of hard to eat what's specified but still I eat cautiously.

    I have been following you videos plans are good but I have hypothyroidism and pcos . can u show some plans for such patients. we need some thing that is filling as well as increases our metabolic system. and not to forget weight loss. since I do not have good metabolic rate I am over weight and also not able to exercise much. so a plan that does not make me feel starving and helps me loose weight . even 5/8 kg will help people like us .

  11. Hi Vicky, I've been working during nights since 13 years. The above meal plan looks great and easy for me to adopt, but i sleep during day time. Please advise on how do you think i can manage to loose weight by following the above meal plan? or anything in specific which night working folks can adopt to loose weight and stay healthy?

    I'm weight is 78 kgs
    and doctor recommended me to do the walk for 45 minutes and swimming
