  1. Guys! first I want to say that you are beautiful and fuck Society! you don't need to stop enjoy the food you like to eat! this is the real diet:
    1. just Watch more about what you eat and how much you eat from the same food
    2. asks yourself "am I really hungry or just bored"
    3. do some things you love to do! that makes you happy (like drawing, sing….)
    4. go out more, even just for a walk, feel the sun and enjoy this moment!
    you you want to lose some more? fine go to the gym and go running!
    don't stop eating what you love to eat because simply it can make you sad. but those four steps I wrote right up there👆 Will not only help your health it will make you live a happy life and feel better about yourself❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  2. Oh no!!😂😂 Girl your all wrong! coffee, bread, tuna, icecream, eggs, cottage cheese, crackers and hotdogs is what you want to STAY AWAY FROM!!! Dairy, Gluten & Meats Are what make you OVERWEIGHT!!! Guys this is bullshit! don't do this! 😂

  3. So this diet looks like a combination of the Military diet and the T-lite diet plan. Some may argue that it is one or the other but after watching the video and reading other's comments i noticed one user said it was a particular diet she has done (and lost 30lbs over a summer) called the T-lite diet. I went to the website and noticed some of the directed ingredients were that she says are not interchangeable were not on the actual T-lite diet plan ingredients, but rather military diet ingredients. Both are similar diets with nearly all the same ingredients, i assume the women who commented on what it was did the diet prior to a possible change made by the creators (she said she lost weight back in high school). Either way this diet looks interesting and ill follow up with results.

  4. The diet really works. I lost 7 lbs in 3 days but I think its cause I substituted things like mayo in my tuna and sweetner in my coffee.
