  3. Do you HAVE to drink the coffee? I can easily eat and drink everything else, but coffee? No. I wouldn't even be able to drink a sip of that bitter nonsense without puking. Can I substitute something else for the coffee?

  4. Hey guys I drink a biggg glass of milk in the morning anf I eat a salad for lunch the salad has baby tomatoes lettuce cucumbers and carrots, the salad also has olive oil and shredded black pepper and for dinner I have same thing healthy every time cause I'm vegetarian!

  5. I've always eaten cottage cheese with a little bit of apple butter, about half a teaspoon. It makes it that much more bearable.. Would I still be able to do that on this diet. It's organic apple butter made with just apples and a little salt
